Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer the following shipping option. All orders are shipped from UK- London. We use Royal Mail - ParcelForce to deliver our parcels on a tracked delivery service. For your peace of mind, all our products are insured.

Free shipping on orders of £100 or more.

 Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. Processing time may vary during peak seasons. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and postal service delays. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site cannot be made.Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the top-left corner of every page.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to EU, UK, USA and Canada.

Domestic and International Orders

Your package sent internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

  • Customers in the EU

When placing an order with Eloquere for EU deliveries, you may encounter import duties and/or taxes. Any extra fees related to customs clearance are beyond our influence, and Eloquere cannot anticipate their specific amounts.

For more details regarding customs and excise policies in your country, kindly reach out to your local customs office. By ordering from Eloquere, you are acknowledged as the importer and, as such, are obligated to adhere to all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods.

* United Kingdom Brexit update 

The United Kingdom left the European Union on January 31, 2020. From 1 January 2021, customs declarations are required for goods to clear the border, as the UK left the single market and the customs union. This means that shipments go through customs clearance and any import duties and VAT on import are also calculated.

As per the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement, customs duty applies when product is exceeding the value of £135 and will be settled according to the current duty and rates at the time of dispatch to and from UK. Import duty then may be charged at the point of delivery.

  • Customers in the UK

All products shipped to you from within the UK already include VAT, and there will be no further taxes or import duties applied.

  • Customers in the USA & Canada

USA

All orders under $800 are duty free, which means there will be no additional taxes or import duties or fees applied.

Canada

All orders over $20 may be subject to import duties.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognised as a valid address by our carriers. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping Delays or Issues

In the event of a shipping delay or issue, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently to resolve any problems related to your shipment.

Shipping Holidays

Our shipping carriers do not operate on holidays observed both nationally and locally. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery around these times.

Damages

Eloquere is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at: hello@eloquere.co.uk

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have restrictions on shipping due to legal or carrier limitations. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of our products.
