Shipping Rates & Methods

All Biker Jackets are insured and dispatched from London, UK via trusted tracked couriers.

Express (UK Service) 2 – 11 Business Days Free
Standard (Worldwide) 10 – 30 Business Days Free

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM GMT (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day. Weekend or public holiday orders are sent the following business day. Please note that we are unable to modify addresses or ship to P.O. Boxes once an order is placed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

UK: All prices include VAT. No further duties apply.

USA: Duties and Tariffs are included in the final price.

EU & Canada: You are recognized as the importer. Orders may be subject to local import duties/taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Eloquere is not liable for items lost/damaged in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier and retain all packaging.

Stolen Shipments

If marked 'Delivered' but not received, email us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
